Financial structures of Asian major corporations

MSc thesis (I’ve finally choosen the MBA title, more acknowledged in Europe) on the financial structure of Asian business groups. Special focus on their ownership structure and the potential impact on the debt leverage. Determination of an econometric model.

Strategic study conducted in 1992 in Seoul on the South Korean business groups Jaebuls (Samsung, Hyundai, Daewoo, Lucky-Goldstar, etc). Financed by a competitve grant awarded by LVMH Moët Hennessy - Louis Vuitton, the luxury group.
